the MyStreakers or Streakers Gaming mobile or web applications
the Streakers API platform
any services accessed after logging into an account
Those services are governed by separate Terms of Service.

You may use the Website only for lawful, informational purposes.
You agree not to:
access or use the Website in violation of any law
attempt to disrupt or interfere with Website functionality
introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code
attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts

The Website does not permit wagering, gambling, or financial risk-based activity,

The Website does not create or manage user accounts.
Links such as “Login” or “Start a Channel” direct you to secure platform environments governed by separate Terms of Service.

If liability is found despite the above, it is limited to CAD $100.
